For flights between Chengdu and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies for checked baggage. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Chengdu to Denpasar Bali once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Chengdu to Singapore sector operated by the Boeing 787-10, Economy Class seats offer around 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access for every seat. On the Singapore to Denpasar Bali sector operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class also offers about 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch width, and Business Class features seats that convert into fully flat beds.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities, including themed gardens, relaxation areas, playgrounds, and a wide range of dining and shopping options, so most travellers prefer to stay airside between Chengdu and Denpasar Bali. If your layover is long enough, you may also be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and timing. Yes, at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport (TFU), eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be able to use the TFU International First Class and Business Class Lounge before their flight to Singapore. Lounge access depends on your cabin class, KrisFlyer membership tier, and Star Alliance status.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers may be invited to designated lounges such as SilverKris or KrisFlyer lounges, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. We recommend arriving at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure to Singapore. This allows sufficient time for check-in, security, immigration, and reaching your departure gate before boarding for your connecting journey to Denpasar Bali.
