Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Male operates on Maldives Time (UTC+5) year-round, without daylight saving. Jakarta uses Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), also without daylight saving. Jakarta is 2 hours ahead of Male throughout the year; for example, when it is 10.00am in Male, it is 12.00pm in Jakarta.

We recommend arriving at Velana International Airport in Male at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure time, as you will check in for your Singapore Airlines flight to Singapore and then connect onwards to Jakarta. This allows enough time for check-in, security, and immigration formalities.
