For flights between Beijing and Surabaya, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class 35kg; Business Class 40kg; First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Beijing to Surabaya once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. Connectivity is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

At Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be invited to use the Air China Lounge before departure. At Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX), eligible customers may be invited to use the BCS Lounge. Lounge access depends on your cabin class, KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status, and the specific terminal used for your flight.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may be invited to The Private Room, the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. Access is determined by your departing flight from Singapore and your eligibility at the time of travel.

Beijing is in the China Standard Time zone (UTC+8) and does not observe daylight saving time. Surabaya follows Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7) and also does not observe daylight saving time. Surabaya is therefore 1 hour behind Beijing throughout the year.
