For flights between Cape Town and Guangzhou, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers may check 35kg. Business Class customers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Cape Town to Guangzhou once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet.
