For Manila to Munich flights, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers may bring 35kg, and Business Class customers may bring 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on board once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on Manila–Singapore and Singapore–Munich flights. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Manila–Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. On the Singapore–Munich sector, Economy Class also offers about 32 inches of pitch with up to 19 inches of width, Premium Economy Class offers around 38 inches of pitch with up to 20 inches of width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access at every seat.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy facilities such as themed gardens, rest areas, and children’s play zones, or join the official Free Singapore Tour if your connection meets the minimum layover time, usually around 5.5 to 6 hours. For shorter transits, you may prefer to stay airside and make use of quiet zones, showers, or transit hotels within the terminals. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

When departing from Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport, eligible customers may use the SilverKris Lounge before their flight to Singapore. During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may have access to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status.

Manila follows Philippine Time (UTC+8) year-round. Munich follows Central European Time (UTC+1) from late October to late March, and Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) from late March to late October. This means Munich is typically 7 hours behind Manila in winter and 6 hours behind in summer.
