For flights between Rome and Dhaka, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers may check 35kg, and Business Class customers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces of cabin baggage, each up to 7kg. Your exact baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Rome to Dhaka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you have many options. For longer layovers, you can join the airport's free city tour programme, which typically requires a minimum of around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. This offers a relaxed introduction to Singapore before you continue to Dhaka.

If you prefer to stay airside, Changi Airport has themed gardens, quiet rest areas, entertainment zones, and a wide choice of dining and shopping. You can take a walk between terminals, freshen up with a shower, or simply find a comfortable spot to relax.

At Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be invited to use a partner lounge, such as the Plaza Premium Lounge, before departure to Singapore. Lounge access depends on your cabin class, ticket type, or frequent flyer status.

During your transit at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may access Singapore Airlines-operated lounges, including dedicated options for premium cabins and frequent flyers. Access is determined by the class of travel and your KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status on the departing flight to Dhaka.

Rome follows Central European Time (UTC+1) in winter and Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) from roughly late March to late October. Dhaka stays on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) all year. Dhaka is therefore 5 hours ahead of Rome in winter, and 4 hours ahead during summer time in Rome.
