For flights between Dubai and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may check 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Singapore to Denpasar Bali sector, the Boeing 737-8 MAX offers Economy Class seating with a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, and Business Class with a fully flat bed and direct aisle access.

From Dubai to Singapore on the Boeing 777-300ER, you can choose to travel in First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class, or Economy Class. On the connecting flight from Singapore to Denpasar Bali on the Boeing 737-8 MAX, you can select either Business Class or Economy Class.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can choose from a wide range of ways to relax. For longer layovers of around 5.5 hours or more, you may join an official transit tour that takes you into the city to see key landmarks before returning in time for your onward flight. At Dubai International Airport (DXB), eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be invited to use partner lounges before departure, depending on cabin class and KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status. Lounge access is determined by your departing flight from Dubai and will be indicated on your boarding pass where applicable.

For most itineraries from Dubai to Denpasar Bali on a single Singapore Airlines ticket, we check your baggage through from Dubai to your final destination, even with a layover at Singapore. You usually will not need to collect your checked baggage at Singapore Changi Airport during the connection.
