For flights between Fukuoka and Singapore, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on the Boeing 787-10 operating between Fukuoka and Singapore once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

When you arrive from Fukuoka, you will disembark into one of the terminals at Singapore Changi Airport, where signage is clear in multiple languages. Immigration, baggage claim, and onward transport options are well organised, with trains, buses, and taxis available. Allow extra time if you plan to explore airport facilities before leaving.
