For flights between Frankfurt and Penang, the weight concept applies to checked baggage. On this route, First Class and Suites passengers on eligible long-haul sectors can check up to 50kg, Business Class passengers up to 40kg, Premium Economy Class passengers up to 35kg, and Economy Class passengers 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class, First Class, and Suites passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is confirmed on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Frankfurt to Penang once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet, including the long-haul sector. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Depending on your terminal, you will find themed gardens, quiet rest areas, childrens play zones, and a wide range of dining and shopping options. Some terminals also offer facilities such as swimming pools or entertainment zones.
