For flights between Penang and Dhaka, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers have an allowance of 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers enjoy a 40kg checked baggage allowance. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members are entitled to additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Penang to Dhaka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; if you are travelling in Economy Class, you should add your membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. For most itineraries from Penang to Dhaka booked on a single ticket, we will check your baggage through to Dhaka when you depart Penang.
