Throughout the flight, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks. Our signature Singapore Sling is available on board, along with a range of other beverages to complement your meal or help you relax.

For flights between Cebu and Surabaya, the weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is indicated on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on both the Cebu–Singapore and Singapore–Surabaya sectors once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore Changi Airport, you can make the most of your layover with themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and a wide choice of dining and shopping. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may consider joining an official transit tour into the city, subject to availability and entry requirements.
