A selection of hot and cold drinks is available throughout your journey, including juices, soft drinks, teas, and coffees. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board, so you can enjoy a classic taste of Singapore in the air.

For flights between Kuala Lumpur and Dhaka, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests enjoy 35kg, and Business Class guests enjoy 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans.

The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing. It does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers, so we recommend downloading any heavy content before your flight.

On the Kuala Lumpur to Singapore sector, Economy Class seats offer a pitch of around 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width on both the Boeing 737-8 MAX and the Airbus A350-900. Business Class provides a fully flat bed with generous personal space and direct aisle access on these aircraft.

On the Singapore to Dhaka sector, Economy Class on the Boeing 787-10 also offers about 32 inches of pitch and up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class features a fully flat bed at every seat with direct aisle access. This ensures a consistently comfortable experience across your journey.

On this route, all sectors offer Business Class and Economy Class. In addition, selected Kuala Lumpur to Singapore flights operated by the Airbus A350-900 include Premium Economy Class. The onward Singapore to Dhaka sector on the Boeing 787-10 offers Business Class and Economy Class.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join one of the official transit tours into the city, which typically require a minimum layover of about 5.5 to 6 hours. These tours offer a convenient way to see highlights of Singapore without handling your checked baggage.

For shorter layovers, staying airside at Changi Airport is very comfortable, with themed gardens, rest areas, snooze seats, play zones, and a wide selection of shopping and dining. Airport hotels and snooze facilities are also available inside the terminals if you would like to rest between flights. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it's an integral part of your journey.

At Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL), eligible Singapore Airlines passengers may use the Global Lounge before their flight to Singapore. Lounge access depends on your cabin class, as well as your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and will follow the conditions printed on your boarding pass.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers may access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class, KrisFlyer tier, and Star Alliance status. Lounge entitlements are linked to your onward boarding pass from Singapore.

Kuala Lumpur follows Malaysia Time (UTC+8) all year and does not observe daylight saving time. Dhaka follows Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), also without daylight saving. This means Dhaka is 2 hours behind Kuala Lumpur throughout the year, regardless of the month you travel.

We recommend arriving at Kuala Lumpur International Airport at least 2.5 to 3 hours before your scheduled departure to Singapore. This allows time for check-in, security, and immigration, as well as a relaxed visit to the departure area before boarding.

Visa requirements for Bangladesh depend on your nationality, purpose of visit, and length of stay. We recommend checking with the nearest Bangladeshi diplomatic mission or an official government website, and reviewing your passport validity, well before your departure date.

On arrival at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, you will go through immigration, baggage reclaim, and customs before entering the arrivals hall. Signage is available in English, and you can find counters for onward transport and information. It is helpful to have your accommodation details readily available.

To stay comfortable, wear light, layered clothing suitable for both cool cabin temperatures and Dhaka's warm climate. Keep essential items such as travel documents, a light jacket, and personal care items in your cabin baggage, and take short walks around the cabin when possible to stretch during the journey.
