For flights between Fukuoka and Jakarta, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may check 35kg, Business Class passengers 40kg, and First Class passengers 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. First Class and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is confirmed on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Fukuoka to Jakarta once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. From Singapore to Jakarta on the Boeing 777-300ER, you may choose First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class, or Economy Class. You can mix cabins across sectors to suit your comfort and schedule.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can make the most of your time with its many gardens, rest areas, and entertainment zones. For longer layovers, you may have enough time to join an official transit tour into the city, which usually requires several hours between flights for immigration and airport procedures. For shorter connections, staying airside lets you enjoy facilities such as themed gardens, quiet zones, children's play areas, and a wide choice of dining and shopping.

If you have lounge access, you can relax with refreshments, showers, and comfortable seating before your onward flight to Jakarta. Fukuoka follows Japan Standard Time (UTC+9) year-round and does not observe daylight saving time. Jakarta follows Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7) and also does not change clocks seasonally. This means Jakarta is 2 hours behind Fukuoka throughout the year.

On arrival in Jakarta, you will go through immigration, collect your checked baggage, and proceed through customs. Allow extra time for queues, especially during busy periods. After customs, you will find signs to transport options, information counters, and facilities such as mobile connectivity and local transport services.
