A selection of hot and cold beverages is available throughout your journey, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. You can also enjoy our signature Singapore Sling on board, along with other alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

For flights between Dhaka and Phuket, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class guests may bring up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dhaka to Phuket once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy many airside attractions, including themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and children play zones. For longer layovers, you may join an official city tour if your connection time meets the minimum requirement, letting you see highlights of Singapore before your next flight. Shorter transits are easily filled with shopping, dining, and relaxation in the terminals. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

In Dhaka, eligible customers departing on Singapore Airlines flights can access lounges such as Balaka Executive Lounge and Sky Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status.
