For flights between Cebu and Phuket, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Business Class, 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 1 piece up to 7kg; Business Class, 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on our Boeing 737-8 MAX flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Cebu–Singapore and Singapore–Phuket sectors operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class seats typically offer a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, providing comfortable space for regional flights. Business Class features seats that convert into a fully flat bed, giving you generous legroom and personal space for rest.

At Cebu, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be able to use a contracted third-party lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. Lounge entitlements are based on your departing flight from Cebu, so please check your booking or with our ground staff on the day of travel.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers may have access to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their class of travel and KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status. Lounge access will be confirmed on your boarding pass and at the lounge entrance.

Cebu follows Philippine Time, which is UTC+8 and does not observe daylight saving time. Phuket follows Thailand Time, which is UTC+7 and also does not observe daylight saving time. Phuket is 1 hour behind Cebu throughout the year.
