For Colombo to Cebu flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class customers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers have 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your specific booking is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Colombo to Singapore sector, operated by the Airbus A350-900 or Boeing 787-10, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access on wide-body aircraft.

On the Singapore to Cebu sector, operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class also offers around 32 inches of pitch with up to 19 inches of width, and Business Class provides a recliner-style or lie-flat style seat depending on configuration, designed for added comfort on the regional flight, with spacious legroom and enhanced personal space.

On the Colombo to Singapore sector, our wide-body aircraft offer seatback screens with KrisWorld, featuring a large selection of films, TV shows, music, and games in both Business Class and Economy Class. Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be invited to use partner lounges such as the AASL Lotus Lounge or Araliya Lounge. Access depends on your cabin class and frequent flyer status, and will be indicated on your boarding pass at check-in.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may have access to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their class of travel and KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status. Your boarding pass will show the lounge you can use and the terminal location.

Colombo follows Sri Lanka Standard Time, which is UTC+5:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Cebu follows Philippine Time, which is UTC+8:00 and also does not observe daylight saving time. Cebu is therefore 2 hours 30 minutes ahead of Colombo throughout the year.
