For flights between Dhaka and Medan, the weight concept applies to checked baggage. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi: 30kg) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

On the Boeing 787-10 between Dhaka and Singapore, you can enjoy our in-flight entertainment system with a wide selection of movies, TV programmes, music, and games on your personal screen in both Economy Class and Business Class. On the Boeing 737-8 MAX between Singapore and Medan, entertainment options are available through seatback screens or personal devices, depending on the specific aircraft configuration on your flight.
