For flights between Hong Kong and Yangon, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers have 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

Cabin baggage: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. First Class and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines aircraft operating between Hong Kong, Singapore, and Yangon once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, with Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members required to add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Non-members can purchase Wi-Fi plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic web browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hong Kong but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

For shorter layovers, stay airside and explore themed gardens, rest areas, and quiet zones ideal for relaxing between flights. Depending on your terminal, you may also find facilities such as swimming pools, cinemas, or play areas, as well as many dining and shopping options.
