For flights between Osaka and Colombo, we use the weight concept for checked baggage. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members.

Coverage and performance may vary slightly between the Boeing 787-10 and Airbus A350-900, but the overall experience is designed to keep you connected throughout your journey.

When departing from Osaka Kansai International Airport (KIX), eligible Singapore Airlines passengers may be invited to use partner lounges such as KIX Lounge Premium or KIX Lounge Kansai, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status.
