Throughout the flight, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. A range of alcoholic beverages is also available, and our signature Singapore Sling is offered on board.

For flights between Surabaya and Osaka, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Surabaya to Osaka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Surabaya but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If your layover at Singapore Changi Airport is around 5.5 hours or longer, you may be able to join a free transit tour into the city, subject to the official programme's timing and requirements. This allows you to see key sights before returning for your onward flight.

For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy Changi Airport's gardens, themed zones, and rest areas. Depending on your terminal, you may find indoor greenery, play spaces, and relaxation zones to freshen up between flights.
