For flights between Kochi and Cebu, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may bring up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Kochi to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Kochi–Singapore and Singapore–Cebu sectors, operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class seats offer a pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width. Business Class features a fully flat bed with generous personal space and direct aisle access from each seat.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join the airport's free transit tours into the city when available, which usually require at least a 5.5- to 6-hour connection. For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy gardens, rest areas, play zones, and a wide range of dining and shopping. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

When departing from Kochi, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may relax at the Earth Premium Lounge at Cochin International Airport (COK). Access depends on your class of travel or your frequent flyer status, and our staff at check-in can confirm your eligibility and direct you to the correct lounge.

During your transit at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers may be invited to use lounges such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. Lounge staff will verify your boarding pass and guide you to the appropriate facility.

Kochi follows India Standard Time (UTC+5:30) and does not observe daylight saving time. Cebu follows Philippine Time (UTC+8) and also does not change clocks seasonally. Cebu is therefore 2 hours 30 minutes ahead of Kochi throughout the year.

You will depart from Cochin International Airport (COK) in Kochi and arrive at Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB), located on Mactan Island, which is connected to Cebu City by road bridges.

We recommend arriving at Cochin International Airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure for Kochi–Cebu itineraries. This gives you enough time for check-in, security checks, immigration, and reaching your gate in a relaxed way.

On arrival at Mactan-Cebu International Airport, you will clear immigration and collect your checked baggage before exiting into the arrivals area. From there, you can choose between public transport, hotel shuttles, or pre-arranged transfers. It is best to confirm your onward transport options in advance and follow local guidance at the airport.
