For flights between Dhaka and Surabaya, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class, where offered on other routes, includes 35kg, and Business Class allows 40kg. Suites and First Class, where available on other services, include 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are 1 piece up to 7kg for Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, and 2 pieces up to 7kg each for Business Class, Suites, and First Class. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dhaka to Surabaya once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.
