For journeys between Jakarta and Colombo, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests enjoy 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests have 35kg, Business Class guests 40kg, and First Class guests 50kg, with each checked bag not exceeding 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet.
