For flights between Cebu and Penang, we use the weight concept for checked baggage. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Business Class customers enjoy 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring one piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring two pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Cebu to Penang once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

When departing from Cebu (Mactan-Cebu International Airport), eligible Singapore Airlines customers may use the Plaza Premium Lounge before their flight to Singapore. During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers can access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. Access is determined by your departing flight and eligibility rules at the time of travel.

Cebu follows Philippine Time (UTC+8) and Penang follows Malaysia Time (UTC+8). There is no daylight saving time in either location, so the time is the same in Cebu and Penang throughout the year.

For flights from Cebu to Penang via Singapore, we recommend arriving at Mactan-Cebu International Airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure. This allows enough time for check-in, security screening, and immigration formalities before boarding your Singapore Airlines flight.
