For flights between Busan and Dhaka, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite/Value fares and 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance applicable to your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members.

The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing. It does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers, so we recommend planning any high-bandwidth activities for when you arrive.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Busan but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities that make layovers pleasant, including themed gardens, quiet rest areas, play zones, and a wide choice of dining and shopping. For shorter connections, it is best to remain airside and explore the terminals at a relaxed pace.

If you have a longer layover, you can consider joining one of the official transit tours into the city, which usually require a minimum of around 5.5–6 hours between flights and meet specific timing conditions. These guided options let you see key highlights before returning directly to the airport.
