For flights between Hanoi and Bengaluru, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class, 35kg; Business Class, 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, 1 piece up to 7kg; Business Class, 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is indicated on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines services between Hanoi, Singapore, and Bengaluru once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Hanoi to Singapore sector, operated by the Airbus A350-900 or Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed on long-haul configured aircraft or a spacious recliner seat on regional aircraft. On the Singapore to Bengaluru sector, the Airbus A350-900 offers Economy Class with around 32 inches of pitch and up to 19 inches of width, Premium Economy Class with about 38 inches of pitch and up to 20 inches of width, and Business Class with a fully flat bed and direct aisle access for every seat.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join an official transit tour into the city if you have at least about 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. In Hanoi, eligible Singapore Airlines customers departing for Bengaluru via Singapore may access designated departure lounges, subject to their cabin class or frequent flyer status. Lounge access is determined by your departing flight from Hanoi and will be indicated on your boarding pass at check-in.

For most itineraries from Hanoi to Bengaluru booked on a single Singapore Airlines ticket, we will check your baggage through to Bengaluru at Hanoi, so you do not need to collect it in Singapore. You should still confirm through-check details at check-in, especially if you have separate tickets.
