For flights between Delhi and Surabaya, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are 25kg on Economy Class Lite and Value fares, 30kg on Economy Class Standard and Flexi fares, 35kg in Premium Economy Class, 40kg in Business Class, and 50kg in Suites. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, you may bring 1 piece up to 7kg in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, and 2 pieces, each up to 7kg, in Business Class and Suites. The final allowance shown on your e-ticket will depend on your specific booking, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Delhi to Surabaya once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On all sectors between Delhi and Surabaya, we offer our KrisWorld in-flight entertainment system, with a wide selection of films, TV programmes, music, and games. Seatback screens and personal controls allow you to choose what you want to watch or listen to throughout your journey.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers may access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. Lounge entitlement is determined by your onward boarding pass from Singapore.

Delhi follows India Standard Time (IST), which is UTC+5:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Surabaya follows Western Indonesia Time, which is UTC+7:00 and also does not observe daylight saving time. This means Surabaya is 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of Delhi throughout the year.

On arrival at Surabaya Juanda International Airport, you will pass through immigration and baggage reclaim before entering the public arrivals area. Facilities include basic retail, food outlets, and transport counters. It is advisable to check local information in advance for ground transport options into the city.
