Beverage Service
A selection of hot and cold drinks is served throughout the journey, including juices, soft drinks, coffee, and tea. You can also enjoy our signature Singapore Sling on board.

For flights between Beijing and Cebu, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests may check 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, guests travelling in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Guests in Business Class and First Class may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights between Beijing, Singapore, and Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Non-members and additional users can purchase access plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic web browsing. It does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers, so we recommend planning any heavy downloads before your flight.

On the Beijing to Singapore sector operated by the Boeing 787-10 and Airbus A350-900, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. On selected Boeing 777-300ER services, you can also choose Premium Economy Class with around 38 inches of pitch and up to 20 inches of width, and First Class with a fully flat bed.

On the Singapore to Cebu sector, operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class provides comfortable legroom with a pitch of about 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class offers a reclining seat with generous space and enhanced privacy for the regional flight.

Between Beijing and Singapore, you can travel in Economy Class and Business Class on Boeing 787-10 and Airbus A350-900 services, and in Economy Class, Premium Economy Class, Business Class, and First Class on selected Boeing 777-300ER services. Between Singapore and Cebu, flights are operated with Economy Class and Business Class on the Boeing 737-8 MAX.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and a wide range of dining and shopping during your layover. With at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may also consider joining an official city transit tour, subject to availability and entry requirements.

Shorter layovers are best spent exploring the airport s terminals, where you will find play areas, snooze zones, and in selected terminals, attractions such as indoor greenery and viewing decks. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait - it s an integral part of your journey.

When departing from Beijing, Singapore Airlines flights may operate from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) or Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX). Eligible customers can access designated lounges such as the Air China Lounge at PEK or the BCS Lounge at PKX, depending on their departure airport and travel eligibility.

You may be able to leave Singapore Changi Airport during your layover if your itinerary and travel documents allow entry into Singapore, and if you have enough time before your next flight. We recommend allowing ample time for immigration, travel to and from the city, and security checks when you return.

Beijing follows China Standard Time (UTC+8) and Cebu follows Philippine Time (UTC+8). Neither location observes daylight saving time, so there is no time difference between Beijing and Cebu throughout the year.

Singapore Airlines operates from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) for flights to Singapore. Your onward flight to Cebu departs from Singapore Changi Airport and arrives at Mactan-Cebu International Airport, located on Mactan Island near Cebu City.

For flights from Beijing to Cebu via Singapore, we recommend arriving at the departure airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure time. This allows enough time for check-in, baggage drop, security, and immigration formalities, especially during busy travel periods.

If your Beijing to Cebu journey is booked on a single Singapore Airlines or partner itinerary, we will usually check your bags through to Cebu from Beijing. You will not normally need to collect them in Singapore. Please confirm your baggage tags and final destination at check-in.

Transit visa requirements for Singapore depend on your nationality and itinerary. Some travellers can remain airside without a visa, while others may require one to enter Singapore. We recommend checking the latest entry and transit requirements with the relevant authorities before your trip.

On arrival in Cebu, you will clear immigration and customs at Mactan-Cebu International Airport. The terminal offers basic services such as currency exchange, transport desks, and food outlets. From the airport, you can reach Cebu City, nearby resorts, and other parts of the island by a range of ground transport options.
