For Milan to Da Nang flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 25kg on Lite/Value fares and 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class, 35kg; Business Class, 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, 1 piece up to 7kg; Business Class, 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on board once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on eligible sectors of the Milan to Da Nang journey. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.
