For flights between Riyadh and Denpasar Bali, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class guests may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy themed gardens, quiet rest areas, family zones, and a wide selection of dining and shopping. With a layover of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you may consider joining one of the airport's official transit tours into the city, subject to programme availability and timing. For shorter transits, staying airside lets you take advantage of relaxation zones, showers, and airport attractions. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers travelling in premium cabins or holding qualifying KrisFlyer Elite Gold or PPS Club status may have access to facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their onward flight and eligibility criteria.
