For journeys between Colombo and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi fares: 30kg) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. Connectivity is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Colombo to Singapore sector, the Airbus A350-900 and Boeing 787-10 offer Economy Class seats with a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, and Business Class seats that convert to fully flat beds with direct aisle access. In Colombo, eligible Singapore Airlines passengers may be invited to use the AASL Lotus Lounge or the Araliya Lounge before departure, depending on their cabin class or frequent flyer status. Access is determined by your departing flight from Colombo and your KrisFlyer or Star Alliance tier.

During your layover at Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers may access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their class of travel and KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status.
