For flights between Milan and Dhaka, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class, 35kg; Business Class, 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, 1 piece up to 7kg; Business Class, 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Milan to Dhaka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

With a longer layover, you may join an official transit tour of the city, usually requiring at least 5.5 to 6 hours of connection time. For shorter stops, stay airside to relax, shop, or sample local and international food. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Eligible Singapore Airlines customers departing Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) may access designated departure lounges, such as the Montale Lounge, based on their cabin class or frequent flyer status. Lounge access details are confirmed during booking and at check-in.
