For flights between Rome and Los Angeles, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares 25kg; Standard and Flexi fares 30kg), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, customers in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while customers in Business Class may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on the Airbus A350-900 once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on both the Rome–Singapore and Singapore–Los Angeles sectors. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

For itineraries ticketed on a single Singapore Airlines booking from Rome to Los Angeles, we normally check your baggage through from Rome to your final destination. You will not usually need to collect it in Singapore during your layover, unless local regulations or your specific itinerary require otherwise.
