For flights between Istanbul and Bengaluru, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares, 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg), and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Istanbul to Bengaluru once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Istanbul–Singapore and Singapore–Bengaluru sectors operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width. Premium Economy Class provides around 38 inches of pitch and up to 20 inches of seat width. Business Class features a fully flat bed with every seat offering direct aisle access.

In Istanbul, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be invited to use partner facilities such as Turkish Airlines Lounge Business Class or Turkish Airlines Lounge Miles&Smiles at Istanbul Airport, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status.
