For flights between Kuala Lumpur and Cairns, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class, where offered on the Kuala Lumpur to Singapore sector, includes 35kg, and Business Class includes 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg.
