For flights between Dhaka and Bangkok, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dhaka to Bangkok once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy a wide range of facilities without leaving the terminal, including themed gardens, quiet rest areas, shower facilities, and family-friendly play zones. For longer transits of at least around 5.5 to 6 hours, you may join an official transit tour of Singapore, subject to eligibility and schedule availability.

Shorter layovers can be spent exploring the terminals, sampling local and international food, or relaxing in rest zones and pay-per-use lounges. Signage and information counters make it easy to find your way between terminals and attractions. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible First Class passengers may be invited to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), while eligible Business Class passengers may access the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class). KrisFlyer Elite Gold members travelling in Economy Class may be able to use the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge. Lounge access is always subject to your class of travel, frequent flyer status, and the conditions on the day.

At Dhaka, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be invited to use partner lounges such as the Balaka Executive Lounge or Sky Lounge before their departure. Dhaka observes Bangladesh Standard Time (BST), which is UTC+6 year-round. Bangkok follows Indochina Time (ICT), which is UTC+7 and does not use daylight saving time. Bangkok is 1 hour ahead of Dhaka throughout the year, so when it is 12.00pm in Dhaka, it is 13.00 in Bangkok.
