For this route, the piece concept applies as it departs from the United States of America. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual checked piece must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on board once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Seattle–Singapore sector operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Premium Economy Class provides about 38 inches of pitch and up to 20 inches of width. Business Class features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access for every seat.
