For flights between Bengaluru and Surabaya, the weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers have 35kg on eligible sectors, and Business Class customers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection supports messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

When you travel on a single Singapore Airlines itinerary from Bengaluru to Surabaya via Singapore, we normally check your baggage through to Surabaya.
