For flights between Jakarta and Da Nang, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may check 35kg, Business Class passengers 40kg, and First Class passengers 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

When you travel from Jakarta to Da Nang with us via Singapore, you will generally clear exit formalities in Jakarta and then remain in transit at Singapore Changi Airport, following the transfer signs to your next gate. You usually clear entry formalities upon arrival in Da Nang. We recommend checking current visa and entry requirements with the relevant authorities before you travel.

Our schedules are designed to provide comfortable connection times at Singapore Changi Airport, giving you time to transfer between gates and enjoy selected airport facilities. When booking on a single Singapore Airlines itinerary, your connection will meet our minimum transfer standards. We still recommend arriving at your departure gate well before boarding time.
