For flights between Dhaka and Kuala Lumpur, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class guests may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class guests may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip will be confirmed on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines aircraft serving the Dhaka to Singapore and Singapore to Kuala Lumpur sectors once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for comfortable and engaging layovers. With a longer connection, you can consider joining the official Free Singapore Tour for transit passengers, which typically requires a layover of at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. This guided tour lets you see highlights of the city before returning to the airport.

If you prefer to stay airside, Changi Airport offers themed gardens, walking trails, rest areas, childrens play zones, and a wide choice of dining and shopping. Depending on your terminal, you may also find attractions such as indoor waterfalls, entertainment corners, and nap zones to help you recharge.

Eligible customers can access facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge for quiet spaces, refreshments, and showers. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.
