For flights between Auckland and Manila, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi fares: 30kg), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft reaches above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Auckland to Singapore sector operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width, Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch and up to 20 inches of width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a variety of ways to spend your layover, from themed gardens and art installations to rest areas and transit hotels. If your layover is at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you may consider joining an official transit tour into the city, subject to availability and entry requirements.

For shorter stops, staying airside allows you to explore terminal attractions, relax in quiet zones, or freshen up with shower facilities. When transiting at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers on Singapore Airlines flights to Manila may be able to access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin class and KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status. Access policies are based on your onward boarding pass from Singapore.
