For flights between Delhi and Cebu, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class, 35kg; Business Class, 40kg; Suites, 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, 1 piece up to 7kg; Suites and Business Class, 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Delhi to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet.
