For flights between Hanoi and Seoul, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class passengers on Lite and Value fares may check in up to 25kg, and on Standard and Flexi fares up to 30kg. Business Class passengers may check in up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Business Class passengers may bring 1 piece, up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Hanoi–Singapore sector, both the Airbus A350-900 and Boeing 737-8 MAX offer Economy Class with a seat pitch of around 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width, and Business Class with a fully flat bed and direct aisle access, depending on aircraft configuration. On the Singapore–Seoul sector, the Boeing 787-10 offers Economy Class with a similar 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, and Business Class with fully flat beds and direct aisle access at every seat.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

When departing from Hanoi for your journey to Seoul via Singapore, eligible passengers may access the SH Premium Lounge Ha Noi at Hanoi airport, depending on cabin class or frequent flyer status. Lounge access is determined by your booking and membership tier, and will be confirmed at check-in.

Hanoi operates on Indochina Time (UTC+7) and does not observe daylight saving time. Seoul operates on Korea Standard Time (UTC+9), also without daylight saving. This means Seoul is 2 hours ahead of Hanoi throughout the year, regardless of the month you travel.
