For flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Riyadh, the weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class, where offered on the Ho Chi Minh City–Singapore sector, includes 35kg of checked baggage. Business Class includes 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Riyadh once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free and unlimited Wi-Fi, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Ho Chi Minh City but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.
