For flights between London and Seoul, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares and 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and Suites or First Class where offered on the London–Singapore sector (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg), and Suites, First Class, and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). The final allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights between London and Seoul once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

At London Heathrow, eligible passengers may use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class) or SilverKris Lounge (Business Class) before flying to Singapore. At London Gatwick, eligible travellers may have access to the No 1 Lounge when travelling on applicable itineraries. During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers can access The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status.
