For flights between Manila and Christchurch, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers have an allowance of 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers have 35kg, and Business Class passengers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Manila to Christchurch once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service supports messaging, email, and basic browsing, but is not designed for video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.
