Here’s how you can enjoy your Complimentary Wi-Fi:
1. Add membership details
Enter your PPS Club or KrisFlyer details when you book your flight, via Manage Booking, at the airport check-in kiosk, or check-in counter.
Do note that adding trip to the SQ Mobile app doesn’t automatically capture your KrisFlyer details to the booking, even if add trip is done while you are signed into the app. If you have added your trip on the SingaporeAir mobile app, select the desired trip and click on ‘Manage Booking’. Click on ‘Add Passenger Details’ and add your KrisFlyer number under the ‘Frequent Flyer Details’ field.
2. Connect to ‘KrisWorld’
When you’re at cruising altitude on board a Wi-Fi-enabled aircraft, connect to the ‘KrisWorld’ Wi-Fi network on your device while in flight mode.
3. Claim complimentary access
Visit www.singaporeair-krisworld.com on your browser, select ‘Complimentary Access’ and fill out the details.
Wi-Fi plans
To enjoy connectivity on board our Wi-Fi enabled aircraft, purchase a plan that fits your needs. We offer three different plans.
Do note that a purchased Wi-Fi plan is only valid on the flight sector on which the purchase was made. For example, a price plan purchased on SQ12 from Singapore to Tokyo (Narita) cannot be used on the next sector of the same flight from Tokyo (Narita) to Los Angeles.

Here are some tips for a smoother Wi-Fi experience onboard:
- Enable low data/power mode.
- Avoid bandwidth intensive activities such as gaming and transferring sizable files. Streaming is not supported.
- Disable media auto-download.
- Disable software/app update, cloud backups, and background app refresh.
- For a safe browsing experience, customers are advised to use HTTPS secured websites, and to be aware of any browser warnings or phishing links.
The in-flight Wi-Fi speed and experience might differ from ground network. It depends on the number of concurrent users and type of activity performed on your device. Additionally, satellite coverage, weather conditions, and territorial regulations would affect connectivity onboard.
Inflight Texting (SMS) and Data Roaming
Once you’re at cruising altitude on board a Wi-Fi-enabled aircraft, you can connect to the internet via your mobile phone network if your operator has a roaming agreement with Aeromobile or OnAir.

Turn off flight mode, enable roaming, and connect to the ‘Aeromobile’ or ‘OnAir’mobile network.
2. Wait for an SMS
You’ll receive a welcome message to notify you that mobile services are available.
