How to redeem

1. “Where Privilege Takes Flight” Spending Rewards

KrisFlyer members must register as ELEMENTS CLUB members via the ELEMENTS APP, and to provide their full name, ELEMENTS CLUB membership number, and KrisFlyer membership number with a maximum of two eligible same-day electronic payment receipts at the redemption location mentioned below.

KrisFlyer miles will then be credited to their KrisFlyer account within 6–8 weeks upon completion of eligible transactions. 

2. Bonus Rewards for Selected Singapore Airlines Passengers

Eligible Singapore Airlines passengers must present their Singapore Airlines flight tickets or boarding passes at the redemption location and register for the ELEMENT CLUB membership.
