Terms and conditions

1. The offer is valid for stays at the qualifying rate from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026.

2. The offer is only available for bookings only on Shangri-La.com, Shangri-La mobile app and Shangri-La WeChat Mini-Program.

3. Reservation must be made with a Shangri-La Circle membership number and is non-transferrable upon confirmation.

4. The offer is eligible to earn Shangri-La Circle Points.

5. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

6. Your KrisFlyer membership number must be provided upon booking and check in.

7. Amendments to stay dates are subject to a rate adjustment at the time they are made.

8. The offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotions.

9. Not applicable for redemption bookings or prepaid vouchers.

10. Rate does not apply to group bookings.

11. Package inclusions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services rendered by the hotel.

12. Unused portions of selected benefits and package inclusions are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or vouchers.

13. Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability.

14. All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.

15. Bonus miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer account of eligible members 6-8 weeks after the completion of eligible stays.

16. For early check-ins, a pre-blocking of room is required for a guaranteed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night's charge. Standard check-in time is 3pm.
