PRINICPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow SIA market share & revenue.
  • Identifying and converting new sales opportunities.
  • Developing and managing relationships with key trade partners.
  • Monitoring market trends and reporting on commercial performance.
  • Representing the Company at seminars, conferences, product launches, trade and public expos.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Current sales experience preferably within an airline and/or travel industry.
  • Sound commercial acumen with a clear focus on Business Development.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Analytical skills in monitoring market trends and reporting on commercial performance.
  • Experience in developing and successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to organise, prepare and deliver sales presentations with confidence.
  • Sound proficiency in using MS Office, Salesforce (or similar) and an ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • High standards of professional deportment and personal presentation.

 

This is a full-time permanent position. All candidates must be eligible to work in Australia, as evidenced by Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency status. Candidates are also required to hold an unrestricted valid driver’s license and have their own car. The position base salary starts at A$81,303, and forms part of an overall salary package that includes superannuation, attractive travel benefits and subsidised health insurance.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual pursuing a career in international aviation to join our team as Distribution Officer, based in the Sydney town office.

PRINICPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

This role provides administrative and inside support to the Distribution team as well as the wider Agency Sales team.

The position holder will provide outstanding support on a wide range of non-client facing responsibilities, including but not limited to preparation of all data extraction, reports / presentations for Agency Sales. 

This position will also hold the key role and responsibility for PARIS scheme preparation/data entry and reporting, as well as preparing Trade Comms for national distribution, event planning and preparation of collaterals for RFP’s, expos, meetings, and presentations by Executives/Management.

We are seeking a commercially driven and highly organised Kris+ Business Development Specialist to join our Sydney team on a 12‑month contract. In this position, you will help grow the Kris+ merchant ecosystem in Australia by acquiring and onboarding new partners, supporting the launch of partnership campaigns, and managing key operational and administrative processes.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in business development, partnerships or merchant acquisition, with a proven ability to prospect, pitch and close commercial deals in a target‑driven environment (experience is preferred but not essential).
  • Strong commercial acumen, including confidence in negotiating commission structures, partner offers and campaign participation.
  • Well‑developed stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage end‑to‑end onboarding, campaign support and operational processes across multiple merchants.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities to drive growth.
  • An entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset, with a strong interest in digital / app‑based commercial platforms and loyalty programmes; a good understanding of the travel market and/or the frequent flyer industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.

 

The position has a salary range of A$75,000– A$85,000 p.a plus superannuation. The starting salary may be adjusted, depending on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual pursuing a career in international aviation to join our team as Senior Sales Administration Officer (Agency), based in the Sydney town office.

PRINICPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The position sits in Distribution team, works closely with various Managers Agency Sales, Key Account Managers and Account Executives across the Agency Sales Department on a wide range of non-client facing responsibilities. 

The Senior Sales Admin Officer Agency will primarily perform support functions for the Agency Sales Department focusing on administrative and operational areas including the management of IATA credit limits (ASW), ticketing authority and SQ agent system access such as G360 & A360.  

This position holder will prepare all necessary account reports (e.g. Tableau, BCS, CSA etc) and when required, collateral for expos, meetings and presentations by Executives/Management.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Between 2 and 5 years in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of the travel market.
